Versatility, safety and fast installation

To separate showers, WC boxes and changing rooms Ges Group has designed the AG/S modular walls, with rounded edges and corners. In 14 mm solid stratified laminate (HPL), the panels stand on stainless steel and grey nylon raised feet. The excellent quality materials used grant fast installation, they can be totally disinfected, are maintenance free and make cleaning the rooms easier.

Construction details

doors with soft stop profiles in co-extruded rigid PVC (stop side) and soft safety (hinge side) to ensure the front is perfectly flush on the structure
self-closing and self-lubricating hinges in galvanised steel covered with grey nylon (3 per door) to automatically close the door
opening system with grey moulded nylon lock, with free/engaged signal block, equipped with safety door block and external emergency opening
fixing for the partition panel to the front panel and the wall by means of a primary T 60/60 anodised aluminium alloy profile
fixed to the floor by means of raised feet with finish in AISI 304 stainless steel and fixing clamps in fibreglass charged nylon 6
12 mm adjustment screws, height 150 mm, adjustable +/- 30 mm to ensure it is perfectly level
top connection with a tube in AISI 304 stainless steel, diameter 25 mm with joining clamps in AISI 304 stainless steel with fixing jaws in fibreglass charged nylon 6
